How does the 7-day free trial work?
Choose Annual (best value) or Monthly and tap Start 7-day free trial. Apple asks you to confirm with your Apple ID; you get the whole app straight away and pay nothing for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don’t, Apple charges the plan you chose when the trial ends, and it renews automatically each year or month.
What do the plans cost?
Annual: $29.99 a year (₹1,499 in India). Monthly: $4.99 a month (₹299 in India). Prices in other countries are shown in your own currency by the App Store before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
In FestiPlayB, tap the Grown-ups button (two people) on the home screen, answer the grown-ups question, then tap Manage or cancel subscription. Or on your iPhone/iPad open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › FestiPlayB. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
I already subscribed. How do I unlock FestiPlayB on another device?
Sign in to the same Apple ID, open FestiPlayB and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen (or in the Grown-ups area).
Can the whole family use one subscription?
Yes. FestiPlayB supports Family Sharing: up to six family members can use one subscription on their own devices. Turn on Share New Purchases in Settings › your name › Family Sharing.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose FestiPlayB.
My child asked to subscribe. Can a child buy by accident?
No. Every purchase, restore and outside link is behind a grown-ups check (a maths question). With Ask to Buy in Family Sharing, a parent also approves any purchase on a child’s device.
Playing
Which devices does FestiPlayB work on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 15 or later, and Mac computers with Apple silicon (M1 or later) through the Mac App Store. FestiPlayB plays in landscape. An Android version is coming.
Does it need the internet?
No. Every festival, story and song is inside the app, so it works on a plane or in the car. The internet is only needed to subscribe or restore a purchase.
There is no sound.
Check the speaker button on the home screen isn’t muted, turn up the volume, and make sure the device isn’t connected to Bluetooth headphones you can’t hear. Then close and reopen the app.
How do I change the story language?
Open a festival, tap Story at the bottom, then choose English, हिंदी or తెలుగు at the top. The app remembers your choice.
How does my child know what to do in a room?
Each room has a How to play card on the left with numbered steps; the next step lights up and finished steps get a tick. Tap the ? button for the same steps read aloud, and the lotus button for the spiritual science behind the festival.

Yes. No ads, no chat, no accounts and no data collection. See our Privacy Policy.
